If at any time in the future our polishing &/or painting fails we will not only redo the work for you and your client for free, we will also refund you the original value of the coating work undertaken on the affected joinery.

So let’s explain that in a little more detail. If at any time in the future our polish or paint, peels off, delaminates, becomes soft or greasy, becomes chalky or dries out, we will repolish/repaint the affected joinery at no charge to you or your client. Simply return the affected item to us and we will gladly recoat it in the original finish or a more advance finish if one is available in the future. When the work is redone we will then happily calculate the original cost of coating the items you have returned and pay that back to you as well. So confident are we that we have sourced the best quality lacquers available on the market today, that our research proves these lacquers will last a lifetime, and with the absolute confidence we have in our team and our training programmes, we will HAPPILY GUARANTEE OUR COATINGS FOR LIFE.

ON TOP OF OUR GUARANTEE WE ALSO MAKE YOU THIS PROMISE

Should you damage the polished/painted surface during transport or installation we will repolish, repaint, or repair the damaged surface coating at no charge to you or your client.

Again, simply return the damaged item to us and we will redo it at no charge. This free repair promise also extends to the first two months of use by your client. So even if our polish/paint gets damaged by the removalists, or other tradesman or even one of the kids, we will happily undertake whatever repairs are required to the paint or polish surface at no charge.

Whilst we have a no weasel clause guarantee and we stand by that guarantee unconditionally we must point out that there is just one area that cannot be covered by any guarantee. Fading. Even the very best lacquers available on the market today can fade or change colour slightly. There are no colour tints or dyes made that will not fade over time. A part of polishing and painting of joinery has to be the acceptance that the colours will fade slightly over time. Combined with the ageing affect of timber under the lacquers this will inevitably lead to some colour changes.
